Payments & Credits
- New accounts receive 4 free credits. Additional credits are available for purchase.
- All purchases are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

- You retain full ownership of all content you create using Resumio.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service.
- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the resumes, cover letters, or other documents you generate.
- You may export or delete your content at any time.

AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing all output.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
- You should not rely on AI output as professional, legal, or career advice.

Disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service.
- We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application made using documents created with Resumio.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
- You may close your account at any time from your settings page.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
